Unlinking Duplicate Accounts

To unlink account, go to the main account or any account other than the one you want to unlink from the group. On the detail page of this account, the rest of the linked accounts will be listed under the heading “Linked customers”. These linked accounts will each have an action item called “Unlink”. Unlinking the accounts is then as simple as clicking the “Unlink” action.

Unlinking group all at once

To unlink the group all at once, go to the account of one of the duplicate customers, find the main account in the list of linked customers and click “Unlink”. You’ll get a popup warning you you’re about to unlink the main account. Doing so will unlink all other duplicate accounts linked to this main account.
